REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR ALL FRESH STUDENTS 2016/2017
Proceed to Polytechnic Clinic
Fresher’s who have made FULL PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES are to proceed to the Polytechnic Clinic with the Admission Letter and original copy of the Bank pay-in-slip of school fees to commence the medical examination processes.
Submit bank pay-in-slip to School Account Officers at Your School’s Accounts Office
Present the original copy of the Bank pay-in-slip of school fees paid with the Medical Chit to your respective School Account Offices for an electronic receipt which shall contain students’ details such as amount paid, student’s full name, login IDs, password and programme of study. (SOB – BU Accounts office, SAS, SOE & Degree Programmes – Annan Block Room 15, SAA – Accounts office-SAA Block)
Proceed to the ICT Centre or any Internet Café for the Semester Course Registration
Take the electronic receipt to the ICT Centre (Auditorium Block) or any Internet Cafe to register for the First-Semester courses. Print a copy of the registered courses herein referred to as “proof of Registration”.
Submit ‘Proof of Registration’ to Department
Take the “proof of Registration” form to your department. The department shall endorse (i.e. sign and stamp) it and give you half of the “proof of Registration” form for keeps.
